BLACK, Owen James:

Owen passed away peacefully on Wednesday, 4 February, 2026 in Christchurch after a courageous battle with cancer. Much loved husband of Rosalind, adored and idolised father of Alexander.  Loved son of Jim (dec) and Rita (formerly of Rakaia) and brother of Deborah (dec).

A celebration of Owen’s life will be held at St Andrew’s College Centennial Chapel, 347 Papanui Road, Strowan, Christchurch on Saturday 14 February 2026 at 2pm.
