On October 9, 2026, peacefully but unexpectedly at Nazareth House, Christchurch; aged 81 years. Finally at rest after a long and demanding journey. Dearly beloved husband and soul mate of Joy. Son of the late Josephine and Geoff Bloore; much loved brother and brother-in-law of Allan Christopher (dec); Margaret, and the late Geoff; Geoffrey (dec); Ian (dec) and Lynn; Kevin and Joan; Judi and Gary and the late Gregg; And brother-in-law of John; Anne and Terry (dec); Kath and John; Julia and Chris; Edna and Norrie. Loved Uncle of his nieces and nephews.

Grateful thanks to Dr Joseph Pearson and the Nazareth Sisters and staff for their care and understanding of Allan. Special thanks to Anna, Geri and Helen for their love and support. A Vigil will be held in the Nazareth Chapel, Wednesday 28th October at 7.00.p.m.
A Requiem Mass for Allan will be Celebrated in the Nazareth Chapel, 220 Brougham Street, Christchurch on Thursday 29th October at 1.00.p.m. followed by interment at Memorial Park Cemetery.
