Born 14 July 1930

Passed away at Christchurch Hospital surrounded by family on Wednesday April 1, 2026 aged 95 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Nancy. Much loved father and father-in-law of John, Ann and Noel. Loved brother and brother-in-law to Alison and Dennis, Doreen and the late Don. Many thanks to the staff at Diana Isaac and Christchurch Hospital for all their loving care of Jack.
