Passed away surrounded by love at Windsorcare on January 1, 2026 aged 69 years.  Cherished father of Daniel and Isaac (Zak). Loved brother and brother-in-law of Stephen and Jacquie. Loved son of Johnny and Denise. Husband of Brenda, he lit up her life as he illuminated the stage with his amazing lighting designs. Much loved brother-in-law and uncle to Brenda’s family. Many thanks to the staff at Windsorcare for all their loving care of Joe, who gave Brenda the time to say goodbye.
