We sadly announce the passing of Gordon Oliver Johnstone. Born 25 March 1939 – passed away on 1 August 2026 after a lingering illness. Gordon was dearly loved and will be deeply missed. He was the beloved husband of Janet, father of David and Warren, father-in-law of Louise and Amanda. He was also a proud grandfather of Ben, Anna, Sam, Jimmy, Joey, and Emily, brother to Joy and Mary. A funeral service to celebrate Gordie’s life will be held at St Gregory’s Parish Church on Cotswold Avenue at 2pm on Thursday, 6th of August.
