On Thursday 29 January 2026, peacefully in Christchurch, aged 71 years.

Dearly loved son of the late Ray and Fran, loved husband of Mary Anne,

treasured father and father-in-law of Nadia and Slawek, Andrea and Andrew, James and Rachael, loved grandfather of Oliwier, Lexi, Frankie, Roman, Hazel, and Dusty.

Much loved brother, brother-in-law, and uncle to all his family.

Requiem Mass for Pat will be celebrated at St Mary’s Pro Cathedral, Manchester Street, Christchurch, on Tuesday 3^rd February at 1.30pm, followed by interment at Avonhead Memorial Cemetery, 140 Hawthornden Road.

Recitation of the Rosary will be held in the church on Monday, 2^nd at 5.00pm.
