Peacefully passed away on Sunday, October 18, 2026, aged 62 years young. Loved partner of Chris for over 45 years, Adored Mum (Kawen) and mother-in-law of Sarah and Jason, Bindy and Vinnie, much loved sister of Tisha, Ang and Chelsie, Daff, and the late Di, and sister-in-law of Maree, Margaret, Shirley, and the late Joanne. Loved Nana of Katie, Emma(dec), Darcy, Logan, Jacob, and Hayley. A loved mum to her fur babies, Ox and Harry. Loved aunty and great aunty to all her Nieces and Nephews.

A special thank you to all those who visited Karen and supported her family through this difficult time. Your love and support has been muchly appreciated.

A celebration of Karen’s life will be held in the John Rhind Chapel, entry from London and Whitmore Streets, Richmond, Christchurch, on Friday, October 23, at 4:00PM. As a tribute to Karen, please bring something from your home garden to place on Karen’s casket
