SAWERS Tracey Robert:

Passed away peacefully at Nurse Maude Hospice, on Sunday, December 14, 2025, aged 70 years, surrounded by loved ones after a courageous battle where he fought like a warrior till the very end. Cherished and deeply loved husband of Catherine for the last 49 years, adored father and friend of David, Tara, and Kym, wicked grandad to Caleb, Briannah, Jackson, Declan, and Spencer.

A service to celebrate Tracey’s life will be held in the John Rhind Chapel, entry from London and Whitmore Streets, Richmond, Christchurch, on Friday, December 19, at 10:00am. As a tribute to Tracey and his love of sport the family encourage you to wear your favourite team jersey.
