SMITH, Brian Martyn:
On May 7th, 2026, passed away peacefully at Addington Gardens Care Centre, Christchurch, aged 81 years.
Much loved husband for 52 years of the late Robyna, and much-loved father and father-in-law of Darren & Bronwyn, and Nicola & Jonathan Tater.
Loved grandfather of Jacob, Maria, Jessica, and Jorja. Beloved brother & brother-in-law of Stewart & Olwyn, Norman, and Linda & the late Geoffrey, and brother-in-law of Don, & Lyn, and a loved uncle of his nieces and nephews.
The family wish to thank all those who cared for and supported Brian throughout the years, including his wider family, friends, and Addington Gardens carers.

Brian’s funeral service will be held in the Harewood Chapel, Wilkinsons Road, on Tuesday, May 12th, 2026 commencing at 1:00pm.
