WHITE, Trevor Frederick – On May 13, 2026, peacefully at Christchurch Hospital.

With sadness but deep gratitude for a life well lived, we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great grandad, aged 91 years.

Cherished husband of Margaret for 65 years. Loved father and father-in-law of Deborah, Michelle, Phillipa, and Brendon; Aidan, Fordy, Anna and Megan.

Adored Grandad of Harriet (and Taitoko), Henry (and Lidija), George (and Caz), Tom, Kate (and Hugh), Lucy (and Tom), Ronan, Oran, Xavier, William, Matthew, Marta and Felix.

Great Grandad to Ted, Charlie and Esme.

Loved by all his nieces and nephews.

A pillar of courage, mana, kindness and love of life, whose warmth and strength touched so many. Loved always and missed forever.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St Gregory’s Catholic Church 26 Cotswold Avenue, Bishopdale, Christchurch on Tuesday, May 19, at 11.00am
