Valerie Jane (Val) PETERSEN

On May 16^th 2024, peacefully at Kaiapoi Lodge, aged 86 years.

Dearly loved wife and soulmate of the late Neil.

Much loved mum and mother in law of Carol and John, Bruce and Rose, Nicola and Wayne, Wayne and Sue, Wendy, Stephen and Tracey. Loved Grandma of her many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Val was a loved sister and sister in law, and great entertainer forming the Spencer Band with Neil which gave a lot of pleasure over many years.

A special thank you to the Kaiapoi Lodge for their care of Val.

A service to celebrate Val’s life will be held in the John Rhind Chapel entry from London Street and Whitmore Streets, Christchurch, on Friday May 24^th 2024 at 1pm, there after private cremation.
