On April 1,2026, passed peacefully away at home in Christchurch, aged 92 years.

A Requiem Mass for Guy will be celebrated at St Mary’s Pro Cathedral, 370 Manchester Street, Christchurch, on Wednesday 8 April at 10.30am, interment to follow at Ruru Lawn Cemetery. Rosary will be recited in the church on Tuesday 7 April at 5.00pm.
