STOCKDALE Vera Margaret (nee Cockle)

Passed away peacefully surrounded by her children on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, aged 81 years. Beloved wife of the late Gavin. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Graeme and Megan, Michael, Shayne and Louise, Hayden and Kylie, Kerran and Steve. Much loved Nana of Amy, and Ben; Martin, and Hana; Oscar, and Alfie; Freya; Ethan, Liam, and Ruby. Loved Nan to her great-grandchildren Noah, Levi, and Maia-Rose.

A Special thankyou to the staff and residents of Arvida Park Lane for the care provided to Vera for the last year.

A funeral service for Vera will be held in the John Rhind Chapel, entry from London and Whitmore Streets, Richmond, Christchurch, on Tuesday, April 28, at 1:00pm followed by a private cremation.

Her kindness, love, and dedication to her family and friends will be greatly missed
