WARMAN Bessie Isobel (nee Packer)

Passed away peacefully at Elmswood Retirement Village on Sunday June 7, 2026 in her 99^th year. Dearly loved daughter of the late Ada and Howard Packer. Beloved wife of John (Jack) Warman (deceased), and step mother of John (deceased). Loved sister and sister-in-law of  William and Jessy Packer, Mabel and Doug Blue, Hilda and John Munro, and Ron and Margaret Packer (all deceased). A very special and much loved aunty to all her nieces and nephews. Many thanks to the staff at Elmswood for all their love and exceptional care shown to Bessie over the last eight and a half years. A celebration of Bessie’s life will be held at the John Rhind Chapel, entry from London and Whitmore Streets, tomorrow (Thursday) at 1.00pm. A livestream of the service is available via johnrhind.co.nz on Bessie’s notice in upcoming funerals. Burial will take place at Marsden Valley Cemetery, Nelson on Monday June 15, 2026 at 2.30pm.
