BATTRICK, June Dolores:

On Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at her home in Christchurch, surrounded by loving family. Aged 92 years. Beloved wife of the late Owen Battrick. Loved step-mother and step-mother-in-law of Ilona and David, Richard and Marisa, and Sarah. Much adored grandmother of Mischa, Sacha, Pascale, Andre, Stephanie and Eline and treasured by her 13 great-grandchildren. Loved by her extensive family in the United States and her Baha’i family around the world. Special thanks to the carers from Healthcare NZ and Florence Nightingale who looked after June in her home for the last 2 years.
A celebration of June’s life will be held in the John Rhind Chapel, entrance from London or Whitmore Streets, Richmond, Christchurch, on Thursday, April 17, at 10.00am, followed by burial at Little River cemetery, Banks Peninsula.
