On 29^th September 2024, at Nazareth House, Christchurch, supported by staff, her Mercy community and family.  Aged 88 years.  Dearly loved member of Nga Whaea Atawhai o Aotearoa,

Sisters of Mercy New Zealand, in the 69^th year of her religious Profession.  Dearly loved daughter of the late Zeta and Hugh Fitzsimmons and loved sister of Pauline (dec) and Joseph Volpe, Helen and Rudy Roland (both Dec), Marie and Ton (dec) Snelder,

Cushla and Allan Sealey, Mark (dec) and Kathryn, and Hugh Patrick.  Loved aunt of all her nieces and nephews and their children.  Special thanks to Nazareth House and Mercy carers.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St Gregory’s Catholic Church, 26 Cotswold Avenue on Thursday, 26^th September at 1.30pm followed by interment at Waimairi Cemetery, Grahams Road.
