GALLAGHER John Rhodes:

Died at home on June 25, 2025, aged 73, after fighting a long and courageous battle with Parkinson’s and heart issues that he knew he was never going to win.

Loved husband of Maree for 52 years (and they said it wouldn’t last). Loved father and father-in-law of Chris and Belinda, and Brett. Outstanding grandad of Jack and Imogen. Eldest brother of Alex, Murray (deceased), and Paul. Loved brother-in-law, uncle, great uncle, cousin, and friend to many.

John will be greatly missed and fondly remembered for his ability to fix anything, along with his generosity and optimism. An opportunity to say goodbye to John can be made available by contacting the John Rhind Funeral Directors office.
