On 23^rd April 2025 peacefully at Nurse Maude Hospital, Christchurch, aged 67 years.

Loved mother of Kelly Wealleans, Adam Wealleans, and Jordan Bell. Loved mother in law of Aneke and Stefan.  A loved Nana Jackie of Henry, Alexandra and Addison; Indi and Ivy.

A service for Jacqueline will be celebrated at St Marys Pro Cathedral side chapel of The Blessed Sacrament, 373 Manchester Street,

On Tuesday 29^th April at 1.30.p.m. followed by interment at Belfast Cemetery, Belfast Road.
