WATSON, John Charles – On September 12, 2024, peacefully at Christchurch Hospital, aged 78 years surrounded by his loving family. Dearly loved husband of the late Glennis, much loved father and father-in-law of Campbell and Joanne, Joanna and Craig, and Helen and Gary (Cairns), loved Grandy of Albie; Vanessa, Matt, Dylan, Cameron, and Corey. In lieu of flowers donations can be made online to kidscan.org.nz in recognition of John’s work for the care and protection of children.
